Coaching Terms

By using Saga Coaching LLC's application, booking, agreement and checkout pages, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.

Applications and consultations

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Saga may decline any application. Consultation times are confirmed by email and text; please give notice if you cannot attend.

Coaching agreement

Coaching begins only after you sign the Saga Coaching Agreement and complete payment. The agreement sets out plan terms, billing, cancellation, refunds and all other coaching terms. If these terms and the agreement conflict, the agreement controls.

Payments and subscriptions

Payments are processed by Stripe. Monthly plans renew automatically each month and are charged to the card on file until cancelled under the agreement's 30-day written notice terms. Six-month plans are a single upfront payment. Payments are non-refundable as stated in the agreement.

Not medical advice

Saga provides coaching and education, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a licensed physician before starting any training, nutrition or supplement program.

SMS program

  • Program: Saga Coaching client messages. Texts cover application status, consultation confirmations and reminders, agreement and payment links, onboarding steps and renewal notices.
  • Opt-in: you agree to receive texts by checking the consent box on our application or booking form and providing your number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Frequency: message frequency varies based on your activity, typically up to 10 messages per month.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt-out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again.
  • Help: reply HELP or email sean@saga-coaching.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

All Saga content, including programs, documents, images and branding, belongs to Saga Coaching LLC and may not be copied or shared without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saga is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of these pages or messages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
