FAQ
How quickly will I receive my lab results?
Most lab results are delivered within 10–14 business days, depending on panel complexity and volume. Once complete, your results are sent directly and securely to your email—no chasing paperwork, no waiting rooms. Just fast, focused insight to move you forward.
Do you accept insurance?
Vireon is a cash-pay wellness service designed to eliminate the delays, denials, and red tape of traditional healthcare.
We do not accept insurance—but many clients successfully use their HSA or FSA accounts to pay for testing. Receipts and documentation are provided upon request.
What does it mean if my panel meets performance optimization standards?
It means you're a candidate for deeper, protocol-driven refinement. Vireon panels are designed for high performers, athletes, and driven individuals seeking more than just lab results—they want insight that translates into action.
Will I need to pay anything at the lab?
For most panels, no additional lab payment is required.
If you customize a panel or select biomarkers individually, a small $5–$10 venipuncture fee may apply. This will be included at checkout, so there are never surprise charges.
Can international clients use Vireon?
Vireon currently serves U.S. residents only with a valid government-issued ID.
We are unable to fulfill lab orders in New York, New Jersey, or Rhode Island due to state-specific laboratory regulations. We’re actively exploring compliant pathways for broader access.
Can I use a lab other than LabCorp?
At this time, Vireon panels are processed exclusively through LabCorp, a leader in diagnostics and biomarker analytics. This ensures data consistency, fast turnaround, and nationwide access to draw sites.
Can you provide lab codes or insurance documentation?
Because Vireon operates outside the insurance model, we do not provide CPT or ICD-10 codes. However, we’re happy to provide detailed receipts and summaries for your HSA/FSA reimbursement process.
How long is my lab requisition form valid?
Your requisition is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. You’re welcome to complete your draw at any time during that window.
