Baseline Health Panel

The Baseline Health Panel establishes whether the body is prepared for structured training, nutritional intervention, or performance-focused phases.

This panel evaluates core health markers, organ function, cardiometabolic risk, and metabolic stability before stress is increased. Sex hormones are intentionally excluded. Hormonal data collected before training, nutrition, sleep, and recovery are stabilized is often misleading and does not support sound decision-making.

This panel serves as a clearance gate, not an optimization tool.

How this panel is used

Results determine whether progression into hormone optimization or higher-stress phases is appropriate. If markers are compromised, health and recovery take priority before escalation.

This panel establishes readiness. Optimization comes later.
